Help with CricHQ

All competitions this season will be administered using the CricHQ system and AUCC requires all teams to record the match results for all games in CricHQ.
For all "batting-in-pairs" grades, only the Basic Scorecard (i.e. net runs and total wickets for each innings) needs to be entered - each team has been provided with a spreadsheet for recording the players scores which will the source of data for Prizegiving and other records;
For all "out-is-out" grades the Full Scorecard, including the players’ stats, needs to be entered into the CricHQ database, as this will be the source of data for Prizegivings and for 100-game cap and other records.  The Full scorecard can be entered either by scoring the game using the CricHQ App, or by entering it manually from the scorebook after the game.

All games must be scored on paper scoresheets or scorebooks.

Optionally, the CricHQ App can also be used to score the game.

Training session on the CricHQ App:

We are running a training session on using the CricHQ App and entering a Full Scorecard manually on Wednesday 15th November – 6:30pm start in our Clubrooms at Colin Maiden Park.  Team Admins and scorers are encouraged to attend if not already familiar with the App.

How to input the Scorecards manually when the App is not used:

How to score the match using the CricHQ App:

Download the App from:

Go to: - this a 20-minute video so best to view it at least one day before the game.

Note: when selecting players, if you have "ring-ins" then:

  • If they are players from another AUCC team you should be able to find them in the Club Members list and add them in. (Note – CricHQ is very name sensitive.)  All of our current players this season have our logo attached.
  • If they are not current AUCC members then select “Create Player” – which can be fixed up later by contacting Ketan Patel – see below.
